Since 1984, we have been saving lives when major humanitarian disasters have struck. From Sudan in 1984, the Bosnian war and the siege of Sarajevo in 1992, floods across Pakistan in 2010 and the devastating earthquake in Nepal in 2015, we’ve been there supporting effected people and communities in their time of crisis.
Operating in conflict zones and reaching places where no other organisations are able to, we’ve responded to numerous crises across Gaza, Syria and Yemen. Inside Syria, our teams have been on the ground since the war began, and are still there now. Throughout the escalating conflict in Yemen, we have continued to distribute lifesaving aid to ease the suffering of some the most vulnerable people. We are proud to be one of the biggest NGOs in Yemen, saving lives in 21 of the country’s 22 governorates.
We don’t just respond in times of crisis. We stay on the ground to support communities with recovery from crisis and to ultimately enable them to transform their lives, move out of poverty and build a more sustainable future.
Alhamdulillah, together we have changed and saved over 110 million lives since 1984 and this is all thanks to your generous support.
